Rangers pitcher Nathan Eovaldi is Monday’s Box-Toppers Player of the Day.

Also Monday, Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes rises to sixth place in season player rankings after earning Player of the Game honors.

Other Player of the Game winners Monday include Dodgers pitcher Justin Wrobleski, Jeremiah Jackson of the Orioles and Kyle Schwarber of the Phillies.

Player of the Day: Nathan Eovaldi, Rangers

Eovaldi struck out seven over seven scoreless innings, allowing three hits and two walks, in the 8-1 win over the Athletics.

Eovaldi earns 2.0 Box-Toppers points as Player of the Day, his first points of the season, and is 25th in season player rankings, 11th among American League pitchers.

NL Player of the Day: Justin Wrobleski, Dodgers.

Wrobleski struck out two over eight scoreless innings, allowing two hits and no walks, in the 4-0 win over the Mets.

Jackson earns 1.5 Box-Toppers points for being AL Batter of the Day, giving him 2.5 for the season, 19th among all players.

NL Batter of the Day: Kyle Schwarber, Phillies.

Schwarber hit two home runs and went 2-for-3, scoring four times and driving in three runs, in the 13-7 win over the Cubs.

He now has 54.0 career points, ranking 11th among active NL batters. His career-best season came in 2025, when his 12.0 points with the Phillies led all NL hitters.

Skenes rises to sixth place in Box-Toppers season player rankings after earning Player of the Game honors Monday.

Skenes (6IP H R BB 6K W in the 10-5 win over the Nationals) earns 1.0 Box-Toppers point, giving him 3.0 for the season. He ranks first among the seven players with 3.0 Box-Toppers points since he has the most 2025 Box-Toppers points among them (21.1, which ranked second overall in 2025, first among NL pitchers).

Skenes now ranks third in 2026 among NL pitchers, behind teammate Braxton Ashcraft (3.7 points) and Randy Vásquez of the Padres.
