Blue Jays pitcher Dylan Cease is Tuesday's Box-Toppers Player of the Day.

Cease struck out 11 over six innings, allowing one run, three hits, and one walk in the 3-2 win over the Phillies. Cease did not earn the win, picking up a no-decision, because the game was tied when he exited.

Cease earns 2.0 Box-Toppers points as Player of the Day, giving him 8.4 for the season, 12th among all players and sixth among American League pitchers.

NL Player of the Day: Dustin May, Cardinals.

May struck out six over six scoreless innings, allowing four hits and one walk in the 7-0 win over the Mets.

May earns 1.7 Box-Toppers points as NL Player of the Day, giving him 3.7 for the season, 30th among National League pitchers.

AL Batter of the Day: Dillon Dingler, Tigers.

AL Batter of the Day: Dillon Dingler, Tigers

Dingler hit two home runs, including a three-run homer, in the 10-4 win over the Twins. Dingler also doubled and went 4-for-5, scoring three times and driving in four runs.

He earns 1.5 Box-Toppers points as AL Batter of the Day, giving him 5.0 for the season. This places him second among AL batters, behind leader Nick Kurtz of the Athletics. Kurtz also has 5.0 Box-Toppers points in 2026, but ranks ahead of Dingler on a tiebreaker with more 2025 points (4.5 versus 3.5).
