Rankings—Albert Pujols of the Angels rises to lead AL batters in 2019 Box-Toppers points after earning Player of the Game honors Sunday.

When he was with the Cardinals, Pujols led NL batters in season Box-Toppers points five times, which is the most any batter has led in a league in points since 1995, when Box-Toppers tracking began:

Pujols now has 198.8 career Box-Toppers points, sixth-most among all players since 1995, when Box-Toppers tracking began. He trails fifth-ranked player, Diamondbacks pitcher Zack Greinke (202.4). Pujols ranks fourth among active players in career points. Pujols leads all batters in points since 1995, ahead of second-place player Alex Rodriguez (187.0).
