Pirates pitcher Mitch Keller is Wednesday’s Box-Toppers Player of the Day.
Also Wednesday, two players rise in Box-Toppers season player rankings top 10 list after both earn Player of the Game honors: Astros pitcher Hunter Brown rises to third place and Padres pitcher Nick Pivetta rises to fourth place.

Other Player of the Game winners Saturday include Pete Crow-Armstrong of the Cubs, Ty France of the Twins, Matt Chapman of the Giants and Rangers pitcher Jacob deGrom. Also, seven players earned Box-Toppers Player of the Game honors for the second time Saturday during the 2025 spring training season.

Skubal struck out six over three scoreless innings, allowing one hit and no walks, in the 2-1 win over the Red Sox.

Luzardo struck out 13 over seven innings, allowing one run, four hits and two walks, in the 3-2, 10-inning win over the Rockies. Luzardo did not earn the win, picking up a no-decision, because the Rockies tied the game after he exited.
