Rangers pitcher Nathan Eovaldi is Tuesday’s Box-Toppers Player of the Day, rising to 10th place in season player rankings.

Also Tuesday, two other players rise in Box-Toppers season player rankings top 10 list after both earned Player of the Game honors: Red Sox pitcher Garrett Crochet rises from sixth to fifth place and Mariners pitcher Bryan Woo rises from 10th to eighth place.

Other Player of the Game winners Tuesday include Reds pitcher Zack Littell, Shea Langeliers of the Athletics and Max Muncy of the Dodgers.

Player of the Day

Eovaldi struck out six over eight scoreless innings, allowing one hit and no walks, in the 2-0 win over the Yankees.

Eovladi earns 2.0 Box-Toppers points for being Player of the Day, giving him 12.4 for the season, 10th among all players and fourth among American League pitchers.

National League Player of the Day

Reds pitcher Zack Littell struck out nine over seven innings, allowing one run, two hits and no walks, in the 8-3 win over the White Sox.

Littell earns 1.7 Box-Toppers points for being NL Player of the Day, giving him 5.7 for the season, 35th among NL pitchers.

National League Player of the Day is Reds pitcher Zack Littell.

American League Batter of the Day

Shea Langeliers of the Athletics hit three home runs, doubled and went 5-for-6, scoring four times and driving in three runs, in the 16-7 win over the Nationals.

American League Batter of the Day is Shea Langeliers of the Athletics.

National League Batter of the Day

Max Muncy of the Dodgers hit two home runs and went 4-for-5, scoring three times and driving in four runs, in the 12-6 win over the Cardinals.

Muncy earns 1.5 Box-Toppers points for being NL Batter of the Day, giving him 7.5 for the season, sixth among NL batters.

This was Muncy’s second game since his return from a July 2 bone bruise in his left knee.

National League Batter of the Day is Max Muncy of the Dodgers.

Woo rises to eighth

Mariners pitcher Bryan Woo (7IP 2H R 0BB 9K W in the 8-3 win over the White Sox) earns 1.0 Box-Toppers point, giving him 13.0 for the season, rising from 10th to eighth among all players. He ranks third among AL pitchers behind Tarik Skubal of the Tigers (17.4 points) and Garrett Crochet of the Red Sox (14.1 points).

Astros pitcher AJ Blubaugh made his Box-Toppers debut Tuesday with his first career Player of the Game honor.
