Player of the Day: Will Warren, Yankees

Warren struck out three over 3 1/3 scoreless innings, allowing one hit and no walks, in the 5-3 win over the Phillies. Though Warren started the game, reliever Ben Hess earned the win after the Yankees took the lead in the seventh.

Warren earned 9.4 Box-Toppers points in his 2025 rookie season, finishing 27th among American League pitchers and second among AL rookie pitchers, behind Jacob Lopez of the Athletics (11.4).
