Los Angeles Dodgers stay atop Box-Toppers team rankings for second week

The Los Angeles Dodgers are atop Box-Toppers power rankings for the second straight week

Dodgers players have accumulated 115.2 Box-Toppers points this season. Two of the top three players in Box-Toppers points this season are Dodgers pitchers—Clayton Kershaw (18.7, second place) and Zack Greinke (18.4, third place).

The Detroit Tigers remain the second-ranked team and the top American League team. The Tigers have 112.7 Box-Toppers points. 

The hottest team of the past week, the Washington Nationals, picked up 8.0 Box-Toppers points and now have 93.4 points, in 14th place overall. 

The hottest American League team, the Oakland Athletics, picked up 6.7 points and now have 101.4 points, in ninth place. 

The Texas Rangers were among the worst teams of the week, picking up only 1.0 Box-Toppers point over the past week, but they fell only one spot, from seventh to eighth place in Box-Toppers power rankings. 

The team with the best actual winning percentage, the Atlanta Braves (.603), fell from ninth to 10th place in Box-Toppers power rankings. The Boston Red Sox (.601) have the best record in the AL and are in third place in Box-Toppers rankings. The Box-Toppers-power-rankings-leader Dodgers have the third best record in baseball (.589).
