Player of the Day

Kremer struck out 10 over 5 1/3 innings, allowing two runs, three hits and one walk, in the 6-5 win over the Angels.

Kremer earns 2.0 Box-Toppers points for being Player of the Day, his first points of the season, and ranks 48th among all players.

National League Player of the Day

Braves pitcher Reynaldo Lopez struck out six over seven innings, allowing one run, three hits and two walks, in the 4-3, 10-inning win over the Marlins. Lopez did not earn the win, picking up a no-decision, because the Marlins tied the game after he exited.

Lopez earns 1.7 Box-Toppers points for being NL Player of the Day, giving him 3.7 for the season, 16th among all players and seventh among NL pitchers. It is his third Box-Toppers Player of the Game honor of 2024.
